1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only applicable if the service is not functional or has a technical login issue from our side that cannot be resolved within 48 hours.
- No refunds will be issued after 3 days of activation.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Any subscription purchased beyond the 24-hour window is non-refundable.
- Trial packages are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not apply if the issue is due to customer-side technical problems like device incompatibility or internet issues.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that no refunds will be issued for partial periods of use.
4. Process of Refund

- Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Returns
No physical returns apply since our services are digital and delivered electronically.
