Thank you for choosing Opplex IPTV. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the price is agreed and the order is confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review your plan and pricing carefully before paying.
1. Final Sale Policy
- Once the price is agreed and your order is confirmed, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for activated, partially used, or unused subscription periods.
- Nothing in this policy limits any refund right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Non-Refundable Digital Services
- All IPTV subscription plans and other digitally delivered services are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
- Promotional packages, setup services, and account activations are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not apply if the issue is due to customer-side technical problems like device incompatibility or internet issues.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may stop using the service at any time, but cancellation does not create a right to a refund or credit for the current or any partially used period, except where required by applicable law.
4. Refunds Required by Law
- If you believe applicable law requires a refund, contact our support team at info@opplexiptv.com and include your order details and reason.
- We will review the request under the applicable law. Any legally required refund will be returned to the original payment method within the period required by law or the payment provider.
5. Returns
No physical returns apply since our services are digital and delivered electronically.
