IPTV picture-in-picture: return from a floating video window
A small video window after leaving a player can be an Android viewing mode. Check the app and system support before treating it as a missing picture or service fault.
Identify what changed on the screen
If video moves into a small window after you leave the player, first check whether this is IPTV picture-in-picture rather than a playback failure. Android offers this viewing mode, but the app must support it and behaviour depends on the system and player. Note your device, Android version and app version. A floating picture does not establish a new subscription, another device connection or a service outage. Avoid reinstalling the player simply because its display changed.
Use the window controls deliberately
Google documents that on Android 12 and later a single tap on the floating window reveals controls, including a full-screen toggle. Use that control when available to return to the larger view. A double tap changes the picture-in-picture window size; it is not the same action as selecting full screen. Controls on older versions or particular apps can differ. Follow the player's own help if the expected button is absent, rather than changing several settings together.

Describe the transition if help is needed
Record whether the change followed Home, a navigation gesture or an action inside the app. Google distinguishes Home, Back and the recent-apps view; note which one you used. Compare returning to the same player without opening another stream. If the window disappears or playback stops, report the exact transition and any message to private support. Do not include playlist addresses, account passwords or sign-in links. These observations identify the question; they do not diagnose its cause.
