IPTV playback speed: check the rate before changing anything else
Voices that sound rushed are different from repeated pauses. Note what you hear, inspect an available speed control and keep the comparison reversible.
Listen for a steady change or repeated stops
When speech sounds hurried and movement is consistently quick, check the IPTV playback speed before changing network settings. A picture that repeatedly stops and resumes is a different observation. Note whether the issue affects one programme, several programmes or a local video you already own. Keep the device, player name and current setting in your notes. Do not assume a speed problem and buffering have the same cause.
Compare normal speed only where supported
VideoLAN documents a playback-speed control in VLC for Android. Your player may place it elsewhere or offer no such control for a live stream. If a rate is visible, record it first and compare with normal speed, often shown as 1x. Leave audio delay, subtitles and picture settings alone during this check. A speed slider does not mean the service includes recording, catch-up or permission to download programmes. There is no need to install a different player just to find a missing control.

Keep the result, not a string of guesses
If normal speed makes no difference, stop adjusting the rate. Restore any earlier choice that you deliberately used for another video. Tell Opplex IPTV support whether voices remain fast, the picture pauses, or both happen separately. Include the approximate time and whether another item behaves differently. Do not send private playback links or account credentials. One comparison can narrow the description; it cannot establish an outage or guarantee a fix.
